WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept oflfine payments by bank transfer, Internet Banking and Cash deposits.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept return within 7 days you after received the item. One- to- One exchange of goods will only apply to defective goods (eg. cracks, damaged product) before usage of product. However, any additional charges incurred during the exchange/ return process will be beared by the consumer. You may wish send us an email or message to enquire before proceeding with returns/ exchange.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PRODUCT IS EXPIRED
All cosmetic products shelf life is indicated behind the product. Product expiry only start counting from the opening of the product. Hence, you do not have to worry as all products we have on hand is brand new.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, loveglamsg will only be shipping locally in Singapore. We will consider shipping internationally in our future plans as we grow.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
No. Currently we do not offer gift cards. However, we will work on it in the near future.
